  • Accepted options include credit cards debit card, UPI and net banking.
  • All payments are subjected to confirmation by our team of accountants.
  • The receipt for payment is sent via an email or via SMS.

Appointment Policy

  • Online payment confirmations confirm your appointment.
  • The appointment time is contingent on availability of the doctor.
  • Patients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the their scheduled time.
  • Failure to show up without prior notice could cause the forfeiture of the payment.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be considered for cancellations within the permissible timeframe.
  • Refunds cannot be refunded after the consultation or procedure is completed.
  • If there is a cancellation at the hospital or by the doctor Full refunds will be made.
  • The cost of a payment gateway is not refundable.

  • The appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment can be refunded.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours, you could be charged for cancellation.
  • No-shows are not refundable.

  • Refunds approved by the bank are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • It will then be transferred to the payment method used originally.
  • The processing time varies based on the bank or payment policy of the provider.
